Pet Portraits

Let’s face it, we all love our pets don’t we! As an owner of pets myself, I am only too aware of the enormous place they hold in our hearts. (Never more noticeable than when that awful time comes when we have to say our sad goodbyes).

If you would like to forever immortalise your dog or horse, a portrait, either for yourself or as a unique gift, will make a truly treasured addition to any household. Listed below you will find some basic information and guide prices.

Framed Pastel Portrait Prices

• 10 inches x 8 inches: from £140
  (dogs only)
• 12 inches x 10 inches: from £180
• 16 inches x 12 inches: from £220
  

Please note that the prices listed above are based on a single portrait with a standard frame. The final price will be dependent upon the type of frame chosen. The sizes indicated are the actual image size, the finished framed size will be bigger.

If you are reasonably local to me I shall endeavour to visit you personally to take my own reference photos. If this is not possible I will give you some pointers on the type of reference I will require to enable me to produce the kind of portrait both you and I would want! Only you will know your pets personality and particular little ways, and any extra information you can provide can help contribute to the finished result.

Of course there will be times when the above is just not possible. Hard to take photos of a pet when it’s a surprise present after all! And of course there is always the sad reality that the pet in question may no longer with you. In situations like this I will always try to accommodate you as best as possible.

A Gift Voucher for a portrait may be an alternative if arranging things secretly becomes too much of an ordeal! Or perhaps you would like the recipient to be more personally involved.

A Final Note

I want you to be truly delighted with your portrait, and for it to be an artistic representation of your beloved friend that you will treasure for a lifetime. To this end if you are not completely satisfied with the finished painting you will be under no obligation to purchase it. (I do however retain the right to sell it myself should this be the case).
